改良Kugel修补术在腹股沟疝中的临床应用

Experience in treatment of inguinal hernia with modified kugel hernioeehaphy

目的:探讨改良Kugel修补术在治疗腹股沟疝中的临床应用。方法:回顾性分析我院2012-09-2013-09采用改良Kugel术式修补的腹股沟疝患者55例。观察患者手术时间、住院时间、术后并发症及复发情况。结果:55例均治愈。手术时间(54±15)min,住院时间(4±1.5)d,术后恢复快,无切口感染、出血、阴囊水肿等并发症。随访6个月,无1例复发。结论:改良Kugel修补术是一种安全有效的微创、无张力疝修补术式,手术时间短,术后恢复快,并发症少,复发率低。

Objective：To explore the clinical application of modified kugel herniorrhaphy in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Method：A total of 55 patients with inguinal hernia admitted in our hospital between September 2012 and September 2013 who were repaired by modified Kugel herniorrhaphy were retrospectively analyzed.The operation time,postoperation hospital stay,postoperative complications and the recurrence rate were observed.Result：The 55 patients were cured.The mean operation time was（54±15）minutes.The mean hospital stay was（4±1.5）days.Meanwhile,there was no bleeding、incision infection and scrotal edema after operation.No one case of recurrence was recorded during 6months postoperative follow-up.Conclusion：The preperitoneal repair with Modified Kugel herniorrhaphy for inguinal hernia is a safe、effective、minimally invasive operation way.Shorter operation time,rapid postoperative recovery,less complications,low recurrence rate are its advantages.
