摘要
目的了解广州市婴儿25-羟维生素D[25-(0H)D]水平,为佝偻病防治提供依据。方法对在儿童保健门诊进行常规体检的416例0-1岁婴儿常规采用酶联免疫法检测血清25-(OH)D水平。结果广州市416例婴儿25-(OH)D的测定平均值为(82.64~21.28)nm01]L,25-(OH)D缺乏和不足的婴儿为158例,占37.98%;25-(0H)D水平充足(合适水平)的为258例,占62.02%;男婴和女婴血清25-(0H)D水平(P=0.320)、维生素D缺乏和不足的患病率差异(P=0.868)均无统计学意义,6个月前婴儿的血清25-(OH)D水平较7~12月龄组高;婴儿血清25-(OH)D水平季节差别明显(辟O.000),夏季最高,冬季最低;4个月以内婴儿25-(OH)D水平纯母乳喂养组〈混合喂养组〈人工喂养组。结论广州市0-1岁婴儿25-(OH)D平均水平处于正常低值,25-(OH)D缺乏和不足的发病率高,应从围生期开始进行管理。
Objective To investigate 25-hydroxyl vitamin D level in serum of babies in two hospitals of Guangzhou and provide basis for the prevention and control of rickets. Methods ELISA was used to detect serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in 416 babies in two hospitals of Guangzhou . Results The mean value of 25-hydroxyvitamin D was (82.64±21.28) nmol/L and the 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in 158 babies were deficient or insufficient,accounted for 37.98% and that in 258 babies were sufficient accounted for 62.02%. There were not statistically significant differences in serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels(P=-0.320) and vitD deficiency prevalence(P=0.868) between males and females ( P〉 0.05) , The 25-hydroxy vitamin D level was much higher in 0-6 months babies than that of 7-12 months babies exhibited statistically significant difference in different seasons (P=-0.000),being highest in summer and lowest in winter; The 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels were exclusive in the deseending order of breasffeeding 〈 mixed feeding group 〈 artificial feeding group. Conclusion The levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in serum of babies in Guangzhou city are at lower limit of normal range and the intervention on the 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in babies should initiate from the perinatal period.
