我国产业园区建设中的产城融合问题研究

Research on City and Industry Integration Problems of Industrial Park Construction of China

阐述了产城融合理念的由来及其含义,剖析了当前产城脱节的现状及其原因;从产城功能的连接、各项局部功能的综合完善、生产要素的合理流动3个方面分析了处理好产城融合的内在要求并从强化规划的衔接、建立产业支撑体系、明确产业发展的功能定位、完善基础设施建设4个方面论述了促进产城融合的路径。

This article states the origin and its meaning of city and industry integration concept, analyzes the present situation and cause of the current city and industry disconnection; It also analyzes the internal requirement of handling the city and industry integration well from three aspects of the organic connection of city and industry function, the comprehensive perfection of various local functions, the rational flow of production factors. It discusses the path to promote city and industry integration from the following four aspects： link-up of strengthen planning, supporting system of building industry, defines the function orientation of industry development, and perfects infrastructure construction.
