金融业综合统计的国际经验与启示——以日本为例

The International Experience and Enlightenment of Financial Comprehensive Statistics——Take Japan as an Example

近年来,我国金融业综合统计工作得到了党中央、国务院领导的高度重视,2012年初召开的全国金融工作会议上明确提出要加快建立"统一、全面、共享"的金融业综合统计体系。日本是开展金融业综合统计较早的国家,数据涵盖范围非常广泛,并形成了一套系统、有效的数据质量提升框架。研究和参考日本相关经验对我们推进中国的金融业综合统计工作有重要的现实意义。

Recently, the State Council has been attaching great importance to the work of building a Financial Comprehensive Statistics system （FCS） with the characteristics of “consolidated, comprehensive and sharing”. Japan has been building a FCS framework for many years with an extensive data coverage , which proved to be systemic and effective. Therefore, Japan’s experience shed light on how to improve China’s FCS.
