On Construction of Police Stations during Social Transformation Period

社会转型时期,人们的行为方式、生活方式、价值体系都发生了变化。派出所作为公安机关的基层战斗实体,随着社会转型期各种变化,其自身建设方面出现了民警思想僵化、警力缺乏及信息化建设落后等诸多问题。应当从纠正执法观念,改变工作作风;创新公安管理体制,提高警务效能;加强社区警务建设,构筑牢固社会治安防控体系;推进信息化警务模式建设等方面加强派出所的建设。

There are great changes in people＇s behaviors, life styles and value system during social transformation period. With the various changes in social transformation period, police stations, as basic combat entities of the public security organs, are still confronted with numerous problems in their self-development, such as police ideological ossification, shortage of police services, laggard information construction, etc. Accordingly, efforts should be made to strengthen construction of police stations by correcting the concepts of judicial enforcement, changing the style of work, innovating the public security management system so as to increase the police service efficiency, strengthening the construction of community policing so as to build strong public security prevention and control system, and promoting the construction of information policing models, etc.
