Optimization of Matrix Formulation of Guilong Cataplasm by Uniform Design

目的优选桂龙凝胶膏剂的基质处方。方法以初黏力、持黏力和外观综合得分为指标进行综合考察,采用均匀设计法U24(247)优选桂龙凝胶膏剂的基质配方。结果桂龙凝胶膏剂基质的最佳配比为明胶∶卡波姆∶NP700∶丙二醇∶聚乙烯醇∶高岭土∶甘羟铝(3.50∶15.00∶7.74∶5.51∶0.5∶0.25∶0.03)。结论按最佳基质配方制备的桂龙凝胶膏剂具有良好的延展性,外观平整光滑,黏度适中,保湿性良好,与桂龙凝胶膏剂的浸膏粉的相容性良好。

Objective To optimize the matrix formulation of Guilong cataplasm. Methods The adhesive force,cohesive strength and appearance score were used as test indexes. Uniform design U24（ 247） was used to optimize the matrix cataplasm formula. Results The best matrix cataplasm ratio was Gelatin ︰ carbomer ︰ NP 700 ︰ propylene glycol ︰ PVA ︰ kaolin︰Gan aluminum hydroxyl =3.50∶15.00∶7.74∶5.51∶0.5∶0.25∶0.03. Conclusion The Guilong cataplasm prepared under the optimum conditions possess good scalability,smooth appearance,moderate viscosity and moisture. It has good compatibility with Guilong cataplasm powder.
