摘要
目的了解本院门急诊麻醉类镇痛药的用药情况,为临床用药作参考。方法采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量(DDDs)作为药物利用的评价标准,对本院2013年开具的门急诊麻醉药品进行统计和排序。结果本院使用率排在前3名的是芬太尼透皮贴(4.2mg),羟考酮缓释片(10 mg),吗啡缓释片(30 mg)。在1 041张处方中,其中有100张处方用药频次不符合说明书规定。结论本院麻醉类镇痛用药情况基本合理,但仍存在一定不合理用药现象,需进一步加强管理与宣传。
Objective To investigate the application of narcotic drugs in the clinic,in order to provide reference for rational drug application. Methods The method of DDD system which recommended by WHO was used as index to analyze the consumption of narcotic drugs of the hospital during Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2013. Results In the hospital,the top 3 most frequently used drugs were fentanyl transdermal patches（ 4. 2 mg）,oxycontin（ 10 mg）,and ms contin（ 30 mg）. The frequency of drug application in 100 prescriptions could meet the specification requirements in all the 1041 prescriptions.Conclusion The application of narcotic drugs is basically rational in the hospital. There was still irrational drug application.propaganda and management should be strengthened.
