摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)联合植皮在创伤中的疗效。方法对照组(42个创面)传统外换药,创面肉芽红润后植皮。治疗组(54个创面)清除坏死组织后及植皮术后均应用VSD。结果治疗组换药次数、愈合时间、疼痛评分均明显小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组皮片成活的总有效率明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VSD联合植皮临床效果较好,减少痛苦,值得推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） combined with skin grafting in trauma. Methods There were 42 wounds in the control group, which were treated by conventional dressing, and skin grafting was conducted after ruddy wound granulation. There were 54 wounds in the treatment group, which were treated by VSD in necrotic tissue removal and skin grafting. Results The dressing change time, healing time and pain assessment of the treatment group were all lesser than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of survival skin graft of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion VSD combined with skin grafting has good clinical effect and can reduce pain, and it is worthy of promotion.
