浅谈对瓯江小溪干流(大均以上)水电梯级开发方案调整的认识

On Recognition of Adjustment in Hydropower Cascade Development Plan of Oujiang Creek Trunk Stream( Above Dajun)

大均梯级集中开发方案淹没沙湾、标溪、梧桐、大均等乡镇,该方案因移民多、政策处理难度大、论证时间长,影响库区社会经济发展进程。目前正在《瓯江流域综合规划报告》基础上进行分析论证,调整瓯江小溪干流(大均以上)水电梯级开发规划。本文结合规划调整工作,对瓯江小溪干流(大均以上)水电梯级开发规划调整谈一些认识。

Shawan,Biaoxi,Wutong,Dajun and other towns are submerged in Dajun cascade centralized development plan.The plan is characterized by more immigrants,high policy treatment difficulty and long argument time,thereby affecting social and economic development progress of the reservoir.Currently,the plan is analyzed and demonstrated on the basis of‘Oujiang Basin Comprehensive Plan Report’.Hydropower cascade development plan of Oujiang creek trunk stream （above Dajun）is adjusted.In the paper,some recognition on planning and adjustment of hydropower cascade development plan of Oujiang creek trunk stream （above Dajun）is discussed based on the adjustment of planning.
