门急诊数质量监控系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Quantity-quality Indicators Monitoring System of Outpatient and Emergency

依托现有门急诊信息系统,如门诊医生工作站、挂号收费、分诊叫号等系统,设计并实现了门急诊数质量监控系统。系统可实时获取当前门急诊的挂号、就诊等候、交费和取药等情况并预警,也可查询历史信息,为门诊医疗资源的合理安排和为患者提供优质服务提供参考依据。目前,系统已上线使用两年多,运行效果良好。

This paper designed a monitor system based on the outpatient ＆ emergency information systems. The system got the latest data and called attention to the relative staff in the respects of registration, seeing a doctor, etc. In the meanwhile, the system could browse history data and help to improve the arrangement of the outpatient works. Until now, the system have used over two years and worked well.
