摘要 目的:提出一种结合VTK工具包和Web网络技术的在线医学影像三维书签系统架构方案,辅助临床影像诊断。方法:首先,以服务器为中心的非对称处理模式,将图像渲染工作交由专业服务器完成并投影二维图交由客户端下载显示,实现客户端无特殊硬件支持的"伪3D"交互;然后,建立基于JSON结构的用户操作事件存储模型,记录、追踪操作事件;最终,引入AJAX技术,实现客户端网页与服务器间的即时通讯和无闪烁同步。结果:建立一套纯净网页的医学影像三维书签系统,在家庭网络环境下,具备三维可视化观察、"书签"记录和历史回放的功能,客户端无需安装任意软件和特定硬件支持,并可在个人电脑、平板电脑和智能手机终端的任意操作系统版本下使用。结论:在提高临床辅助诊断效率和降低成本方面有一定帮助,可应用于远程医疗和区域医疗的影像子模块。 Objective: To propose an online system architecture solution of Electronic 3D Medical-image-bookmark combined with VTK toolkit and web network technology. Methods: Firstly, constructing a processing mode of server centered 3D rendering to release client-side load. Secondly, establishing a action event storage model based on JSON structure to record and track the event-history. Finally, introduce the theory of AJAX technology to strengthen the instant messaging and flicker-free synchronization between server-side and client-side. Results: To design 3D e-bookmark software based on pure web page, and tests proved this software could provide functions of 3D visual observation, "bookmarks" history record and playback on client-side without installing any special software or special hardware configuration. Conclusion: It could be used on any internet terminals and be useful for clinical auxiliary diagnosis with higher efficiency and lower cost, and can be applied to telemedicine and regional health care.
