摘要 目的:以信息化手段优化医疗科技项目申报及评审流程,解决传统手工上报的繁琐操作步骤,提高评审效率。方法:评审系统以dotnet为开发平台,vs2010为开发工具,MVC架构方式,通过网络进行项目申报,服务器端对申报项目进行核实及信息有效性验证,然后专家对申报项目进行网络评审。结果:系统通过汇总和分析审核信息,快速绘制评审报告。结论:系统缩短了项目评审周期,解决了传统人工对申报信息验证的遗漏错误,为整个评审过程节约了数据信息空间,使评审工作科学化、客观化、标准化。 Objective: By means of informatization, optimizing the process of medical science and technology project reporting and reviewing, for solve the complicated operating steps of traditional manual reporting, improve evaluation efficiency. Methods: The evaluation system is developed on dotnet platform, VS2010 as development tools and MVC architecture, project report through the network, the server for verification and validation of information reporting projects, experts review the project network. Results: The system through the summary and analysis of the audit information, fast drawing review report. Conclusion: The system can shorten the project cycle, to solve the traditional manual filing information validation error of omission, saves the data space for the entire review process, the review of scientific, objective, standardization.
