摘要
通过对中医医院信息化建设现状分析,阐述了开展综合评价的意义,论述了研究的总体思路和原则,提出了综合评价指标体系构成及其权重分布,探讨了评价的方法,目的是为全面、系统评估中医医院信息化建设提供客观依据,为综合评价提供操作指南。
Through analyzing the present situation of CM hospital informatization construction, elaborates the significance of performing comprehensive assessment. The main thought and principle of the research are elaborated; the comprehensive assessment index system and its weight distribution are put forward. The method of assessment is discussed. The goals are to provide an objective basis for comprehensive and systemic assessment of CM hospital informatization construction, and to provide a guideline for comprehensive assessment.
