区域心电医疗服务共同体协作模式的探索

提出了区域心电医疗服务共同体协作模式,分析了该模式下服务共同体的存在模式,并构建一个全市范围内的区域心电医疗公共服务平台。在给出构建区域心电医疗公共服务平台的整体框架的基础上,阐述了具体功能与实施。区域心电医疗项目在宁波区域医疗协作发展方面已凸显成效,在上级医院的协作与帮助下,下级医院心电日均诊断总量逐步增长,同时医生的心电诊断水平有所提高。

This thesis proposed a cooperation mode of regional ECG medical services communities and analyzed the relationship between the collaborative service communities. Then it constructed a regional public service platform for citywide ECG. Based on the construction of the overall framework, the thesis expounded the functions and implementation of the system. The project of Regional Medical ECG has highlighted the effectiveness in the development of Ningbo regional medical collaboration. With the help of higher level hospitals, the total of lower level hospitals＇ daily diagnosis of ECG starts to grow gradually. Meanwhile, the doctors＇ skills of ECG diagnosis have improved.
