大数据时代的到来,人们的信息能力不断提高,但信息道德的发展略显滞后。医学科技查新咨询过程中,发现查新委托人存在一些学术不端、信息道德缺乏的现象,如查新咨询申报材料中引用部分出处不明、查新咨询申报材料混淆概念表达方式不明,提出删除、替换参考文献、修改查新结论等不合理要求等。对存在问题进行分析研究,并提出相应对策。

In the era of big data, the information ability of people is constantly improved, but the development of information ethics slightly lags behind. In the process of novelty assessing of medical science and technology, the clients of novelty assessing are found to have academic misconduct, lack of information ethics and other phenomenon, such as unknown source of references in the application materials for novelty assessing, unclear expression of confused concepts in the application materials for novelty assessing, proposing to delete or replace references, modify the novelty assessing conclusions or other unreasonable requirements. The existing problems are analyzed and studied, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
