摘要
利用信息技术,提升南京鼓楼医院急诊服务的质量与效率。研究急诊信息系统的设计思路和体系架构,规范、完善急诊就诊流程,对病人数据进行结构化采集,对整个急诊系统中所涉及相关系统进行了集成化处理。开发、建设了新版的急诊信息系统,在流程、结构、技术、功能等方面具有诸多特色,取得了更好的运行效果。贯彻以"病人救治"为中心的理念,倾听一线医务人员的需求和想法,注重就诊流程的合理和完善,实现数据和系统的集成,从功能和技术上努力突破,建设高质量的急诊系统,为临床一线和医院管理提供了更好的支持,提高了医疗服务质量、工作效率,促进了医院信息系统的发展。
The process and main functions of the Emergency Information System of the Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital are described in this paper, as well as the features of the Emergency Information System. The whole system design ideas are elaborated, besides, the architecture of the system is explored. In addition to all above, the emergency system integrated processingis also involved in the system.The emergency patients' structured data collection is completed in this information system, which provides objective and reliable data to managers. It has achieved good results to standardize and improve the emergency patient treatment process, improve the quality and efficiency of health care services, which has promoted the development of hospitalinformation system.
