摘要
介绍了网络化发动机数控试验台的基本组成,CanBus技术在该系统中的应用方法,重点论述了数据在上位机、下位机之间通讯时的数据打包、拆包、设置类型号等方法,实现了一台计算机管理多达64台下位机的目的。证明CanBus技术在发动机试验系统中是非常有效的联网方法。该网络不但速度快、距离远,而且实现自动总线仲裁,即使节点出现故障,都不会导致整个网络的崩溃,大大提高了系统的可靠性。
This paper introduces a network engine test system, which uses CanBus to lind some field control subsystem,and discusses the data transfer processing between the main computer and subsystem. The data is packeted at subsystem and unpacketed at main computer. This control system includes a computer main and some subsystems,which is less than 64. This system has proven that CanBus is very useful for network engine test system,the network speed is rapid,the robert is high,transferring distance is long, and the tolerance of error is good.
