不依赖空气动力装置(AIP)排出气体中CO_2浓度在线检测装置研制

摘要 根据闭式循环柴油机不依赖空气动力装置(CCDAIP)排出气体中CO_2浓度在线检测的实际需求,结合CCDAIP排出气体测试的具体条件,研究了CO_2浓度在线检测装置的系统构成特点,计算确定了气水分离器等重要部件的结构参数,设计了CO_2浓度在线检测流程,在国内首次研制出AIP排出气体成份在线检测装置。经CCDAIP排出气体吸收试验,表明CO_2在线检测装置设计合理,测量精度等性能指标满足工程要求,解决了AIP排出气体CO_2浓度在线检测技术关键。 The actual need of the on-line CO2 concentration measurement for closed cycle diesel air independent propulsion (CCDAIP) exhaust gas is put forword . According to the conditions of special gas exhausted from CCDAIP ,the construction characteristics of CO2 concentration instrument system are analyzed. The constriction parameters of main components such as water-gas separator are established based on calculation, the flow diagram of CO2 concentration measurement is well designed, and the on-line instrument system for AIP exhaust gas is first developed. Many experiments of the system show that the measurement precision of the system can satisfy the engineering requests, and the key technique of on-line CO2 concentration measurement for AIP exhaust gas is solved successfully.
