摘要
教师本科课程教学质量评价是提高高校教学质量的关键环节和重要内容,而如何对其进行全面客观的评价则是教学管理面临的难题。本文引入360度绩效考评法,对教师本科课程教学质量进行评价,旨在构建一个多层次、多主体、全方位科学规范的评价体系。
Teachers' performance evaluation on undergraduate courses is the key to enhance teaching quality in higher education, and how to evaluate it comprehensively and objectively is a challenge that the department of teaching management face. In order to construct a proper standard appraisal system in muliti-level, multi-subject and multi-faceted way, this paper introduces 360 Degree Performance Appraisal, which aims to assess teachers performace on undergraduate courses.
