A New Mode of“Four-wheel Drive”for Teaching Quality Management

新建本科院校教学质量管理存在诸多问题,根源在于质量主体的积极性未有效发挥。为了引导学校构建并逐步完善其内部质量保障体系,形成不断提高教学质量的长效机制,以人性假设理论为基础,提出"四驱动"教学质量管理运行机制。通过分析"四驱动"运行机制理论基础及实现途径,得出提升质量主体的质量意识、责任意识是实现教学质量管理目标的合理选择,也是构建自我激励、自我约束的教学质量管理体系的有效创新。
