我国开设的小学体育课程为小学生进行有效的体育锻炼提供了一种方式。教师使用科学的教学方式提升小学生的体育学习兴趣，可以有效推动他们的成长，养成体育锻炼的好习惯，为他们未来的发展打下强硬的基础。
China’s elementary school physical education curriculum provide a means for primary school students physical exercise effectively.
