中职学校实施行动导向教学法存在的问题及对策简析 被引量:3

摘要 目前,各中职学校都在积极推行教学改革,构建校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式。德国行动导向教学法的引入为我国的中职教育带来了新的思路,但由于忽视了教育体制、课堂特点、教学对象等因素,部分中职学校在推行行动导向教学法时存在一些问题。基于这一情况,从实际出发,提出科学使用行动导向教学法的对策,从而探索出一套适合我国中职教育规律和人才培养模式需求的教学方法。 At present the vocational schools are actively into the implementation of educational reform,to build school-enterprise cooperation,talent training mode combination of engineering . The introduction of the German action-oriented pedagogy for our vocational education has brought new ideas,but because of neglect of the education system,the characteristics of the classroom,teaching objects and other factors, vocational schools, there are some problems in the implementation part of action-oriented teaching time. Based on this situation, this article from reality,proposed the use of action-oriented science teaching strategies in order to explore a set of suitable teaching methods in vocational education and training model law of demand in China.
