随着新课程改革的不断实施，我国的教学工作取得了一定的成绩。然而，由于农村本身存在的问题，城乡义务教育发展水平仍存在差距。要想改善农村小学办学条件，贯彻新课标理念和方法，必须提升农村教师实施新课程的能力。就当前小学农村教师在实施新课程能力方面存在的问题入手，分析如何提升小学农村教师实施新课程能力。

With the continuous implementation of new curriculum reform,teaching work of our country has obtained certain achievements. However,due to the inherent contradiction of rural,urban and rural compulsory education development level is still a gap. To improve rural primary school conditions,to carry out curriculum idea and method,must enhance the ability of rural teachers implement the new curriculum. The current rural elementary school teachers in implementing the new curriculum capacity problems,this paper analyses how to improve rural primary school teachers implement the new curriculum ability.
