摘要
珠海歌剧院观众厅采用变曲率双曲面弧形结构,内部弧形柱、弧形梁交叉环绕,共同支承弧形墙体。针对弧形钢筋精确加工难度大,可靠连接要求高,现场安装定位难的特点,工程通过BIM建模、竖向结构合理分段、模拟现场钢筋加工安装、精确控制弧形钢筋加工下料弧度和长度、采用直螺纹连接等技术措施,有效保证了整个钢筋施工过程的质量,缩短了施工工期。
Zhuhai Opera House audience hall uses the variable curvature hyperbolic curved wall structure. Internal arc columns and arc beams cross surround to bear arc wall. According to the characteristics of difficult processing precision of steel bars, high requirements for reliable connection, difficult positioning installation and so on, the measures of BIM modeling, reasonable segmenting for vertical structure, simulating steel bars processing installation, controlling steel bars radian and length, and applying straight thread connection were used to assure the steel bars quality and saved construction period.
