摘要
重庆江北国际机场T3A航站楼指廊钢结构屋盖为正交正放四角锥空间网架结构,在施工中采用了地面拼装、分块吊装的施工技术。系统阐述了如何减小焊接应力及焊接变形对结构的影响,以及关节轴承高精度安装困难的解决措施,也较全面地介绍了施工过程有限元仿真分析的重要性和仿真分析需要进行的内容,同时也详细说明了一种焊接球柔性抓取装置,可解决目前焊接球抓取方式的弊端。
The airside concourse steel structure of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport Terminal T3Ais orthogonal square pyramid space grids, with the ground assembly, block hoisting constructiontechnology adopted in the eonstruetion. This paper systematically describes the way to reduce theinfluence of welding stress and welding deformation on the structure, and the measures of solving the jointbearing high precision installation difficulties, and comprehensively introduces the importance and contentof simulation analysis. Also this paper introduces a deviee of grabbing to welding ball in detail, whichcan solve the defects in the way of grabbing to welding ball at present.
