Technical Methods for Negative Temperature Welding on Site of Steel Structures

钢结构现场焊接是施工中的重点、难点之一,冬期负温度下的焊接质量控制更是钢结构施工企业面临的难题。结合乌鲁木齐某工程实践,提出了负温焊接的质量通病和形成原因,总结了钢结构冬期焊接施工经验以及保证钢结构负温焊接质量的技术措施。

Welding on site is the difficulty for steel structures, especially the welding under negativetemperature. Combining with the practice of an engineering in Urumqi, the quality problems and formingreasons of negative welding were put forward. The construction experiences and technical methodsassuring welding quality were summarized.
