摘要
基于120m跨长江航道模型实验厅钢结构桁架预应力拉索张拉施工工程实例,解析施工特点和工艺流程,运用"分3阶段,每2榀同时张拉"的施工技术解决整根索体"一端张拉、一次性张拉到位"的困难,从而使得张弦梁施工完成后形状与设计线形相吻合,保证了施工安全和质量。重点介绍了张拉前准备工作、拉索安装及张拉、张拉量测和监控等技术措施。
Taking the prestressed cable tensioning construction for steel truss in model test hall forexample, the construction characteristics and processing was indicated. The construction technique ofdividing three segments and synchronous tensioning per two pins was applied, which made the stringbeam shape after construction coincide with design linear. The preparation works before tensioning,installation and tensioning of cables, measurement and monitoring were introduced in detail.
