某工程采用莫比乌斯环造型设计,建筑外壳由多块不同尺寸的单元式幕墙组成,为一个自由连续的曲面,为解决各区幕墙脚手架分区搭设高度、细部参数设置、节点处理等技术难题。针对工程难点,设计了脚手架参数,经实践应用,该方法可提高幕墙安装的精度,缩短工期,增加经济效益。

An especial engineering is designed in mobius ring shape, whose building shell is composed ofunit-type curtain wall with different sizes, which is a free curved surface. In order to solve the curtainwall scaffolding erection height of partition, detailed parameter settings, the joint processing technology,according to the engineering difficulties, the scaffold parameters is designed. Through practicalapplication, this method can improve the accuracy of the curtain wall installation, shorten theconstruction period, and increase the economic benefit.
