摘要
糖类是3大营养物质中最廉价的能量源,在鱼类配合饲料中添加一定量的糖可部分替代用于能源消耗的蛋白质。但鱼类被认为是先天性糖尿病体质,对糖类的利用率较低,当饲料中可消化糖水平超过一定限度就会抑制鱼体生长,影响鱼体生理功能。文章通过对国内外关于可消化糖与水产动物相互关系的报道,综述了在一定条件和范围内可消化糖水平对鱼类生长代谢的影响。
Carbohydrate is the most inexpensive energy source of the three major nutrients, adding a certain amount of carbohydrate in the diet can partly substitute the protein for energy consumption. But the fish are thought to be congenital diabetes and low utilization of the feed. When digestible carbohydrate level in dietary exceeds a certain limit will inhibit the growth of fish body, affecting fi sh physiological function. This paper reviews the effect of digestive sugar levels on the growth and metabolism of fish in certain conditions and ranges, by reporting the relationship between sugar and aquatic animal digestion both in domestic and abroad.
