摘要 以‘丰香’、‘章姬’、‘甜查理’、‘红颜’和‘卡姆罗莎’5个优质草莓品种的无菌丛生芽为试验材料,研究不同基因型、激素配比和活性炭对草莓组织培养快繁的影响。结果表明:不同基因型的草莓品种,其最佳增殖配方存在显著差异,5种基因型草莓的最佳增殖培养基分别为:MS+0.8mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA、MS+1.2mg/L 6-BA+0.8mg/L NAA、MS+0.8mg/L6-BA+0.8mg/L NAA、MS+0.8mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA和MS+1.2mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA,增殖系数分别为16.7、12.5、11.8、13.2和9.4。不同基因型草莓幼苗的适宜生根培养基有一定差异,‘丰香’、‘甜查理’和‘红颜’的最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+1.0mg/L NAA,‘章姬’和‘卡姆罗莎’的最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+1.0mg/L IBA,添加0.5%的活性炭可提高草莓的生根效果。草炭土+珍珠岩(1∶1)混合基质是理想的移栽基质,移栽成活率为95%。 Taking buds of strawberry ' Toyonoka ', ' Tochiotome ', ' Sweet Charlie ', ' Benihoppe ' and ' Camarosa ' as materials, the effects of different genotype strawberry, different hormone combination and active carbon on rapid propagation technique of strawberry were investigated. The results showed that the optimum medium for bud multiplication of five genotype strawberry was MS medium supplemented with 0. 8 mg/L 6-BA and 0. 5 mg/L NAA,MS medium supplemented with 1.2 mg/L 6-BA and 0. 8 mg/L NAA,MS medium supplemented with 0. 8 mg/L 6-BA and 0. 8 mg/L NAA,MS medium supplemented with 0. 8 mg/L 6-BA and 0. 5 mg/L NAA,MS medium supplemented with 1.2 mg/L 6-BA and 0. 5 mg/L NAA. And the propagation coefficient was 16. 7,12. 5,11.8,13. 2 and 9. 4 respectively. The most suitable rooting medium of 'Toyonoka ', 'Sweet Charlie' and 'Benihoppe'was 1/2MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L NAA. The most suitable rooting medium of ' Tochiotome ' and ' Camarosa ' was 1/2MS medium supplemented with 1.0 rag/L IBA. 0. 5 % of activated carbon in the medium could increase the rooting of strawberry. Turfy soil and perlite(1 : 1) was useful for transplantation,and the survival rate was 95%.
