摘要
以羊肚菌为试材,采用组织分离法分别从3株野生羊肚菌子实体分离得到性状稳定的菌丝体,根据子实体形态特征并结合ITS序列分析对分离株进行鉴定。结果表明:3株分离株均与黑脉羊肚菌同源性最高达99.0%;系统发育分析显示,分离获得的3株野生羊肚菌分离株亲缘关系较近,均聚在黑脉羊肚菌分支上。
Taking Morchella as material, three Morchella strains were isolated from wild Morchella by using standard tissue culture method,and identified by morphological characteristics and internal transcribed spacer sequence analysis, respectively. The results showed that these strains manifested high sequence similarity with Morchella angusticeps, with similarity of 99. 0 % ; the phylogenetic tree also suggested that these strains belonged to Morchella angusticeps.
