摘要
选用硅烷偶联剂KH-550对高比表面积Si C进行表面有机化处理,制备了尼龙(PA)11/Si C复合材料。采用毛细管流变仪研究了Si C含量对PA11/Si C流变行为的影响。实验结果表明,PA11/Si C复合材料为假塑性流体,复合材料的表观黏度随剪切应力的增大而减小,呈现出"剪切变稀"的现象。加入Si C,增大了PA11/Si C复合材料的表观黏度和粘流活化能,使复合材料的加工温度范围变窄,复合材料的流变行为具有很强的温度敏感性。
Silane coupling agent KH-550 was selected to make surface organic modification on SiC with high specific surface area. Thus nylon(PA)11/SiC composites were prepared. The effect of SiC content on rheological behaviors of the composites were studied by using capillary rheometer. The results show that the composites are pseudoplastic fluids. The apparent viscosities of the composites decrease with increasing shear stress,and exhibit shear thining behavior. The apparent viscosity and viscous activation energy of the composites increase with the addition of high surface area SiC. The processing temperature range of the composites narrow,which prove that the rheological behaviors of the composites are sensitive to temperature.
