摘要
对西门子电器开关的注射模具进行了设计,模具采用热流道、潜伏式浇口,一模八腔,侧型芯采用斜顶块推出。为了保证产品的尺寸精度,模具设计了5处定位导向系统。该模具现已投入生产,模具在生产过程中表现稳定,生产效率较高,生产的产品质量满足用户需求。
Precision injection mould of the Siemens electrical switch was designed. The hot runner,submarine gate and eight cavities were adopted,and the slanted ejection block was used to eject the side core. 5 guiding and location mechanisms were designed. This mould has been put on stream and is very stable and high efficience in the production . It is encouraging to receive a favorable report on this product. The quality of the products reaches the needs of users.
