聚乳酸改性中国专利分析 被引量:1

摘要 对2001~2013年间在中国申请的聚乳酸改性专利进行了检索统计,分别从专利申请时间及年度发展趋势、专利申请人构成及特征、专利分类分布、专利技术特征进行了分析。结果表明,2010~2013年为专利申请高峰期,占申请总数量的68.2%,改善力学性能的专利占申请总数量的51.8%,提高降解性能的专利占申请总数量的15.5%,改善热学性能的专利占申请总数量的12.7%,说明这些性能的改善是聚乳酸改性的主要方向。最后,提出了聚乳酸改性的发展方向。 A retrieval statistics was made for the patents of PLA modification,which were applied for in China during 2001~2013,together with analysed in terms of patent application time and annual development trends,applicant composition and characteristics,patent classification and distribution,and patent technical features. The period of 2010~2013 is the peak season of the patent application,making up 68.2%of the total application quantity,the patents on mechanical property improvement make up 51.8%of the total application quantity,the patents on degradation performance improvement make up 15.5%of the total application quantity,the patents on thermal performance improvement make up 12.7%of the total application quantity. Indicating that these improvements are the major orientation of the PLA modification. Finally,the future direction of development of PLA modification is proposed.
