热湿环境多变量模糊解耦控制方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 两室空气系统是典型的多变量、大滞后、温湿耦合系统。本文针对传统PID对两室空气系统温湿度精度不高的问题,提出了传统PI控制与模糊控制相结合的控制方法,给出了控制系统的设计思想。以空气调节理论与实验数据为基础建立了模糊控制规则及模糊控制查询表;进行了大量的试验及参数调整;得到了较好的控制效果。两室的温度控制精度可达到±0.2℃,两室的相对湿度控制精度可达到±1.5%。完全满足两室法新风换气机热工性能试验要求。 The two-chamber air system is the typical coupling system featuring multivariate,large lag and warmth and humanity. Against the low accuracy of the traditional PID on the temperature and humidity of two-chamber air system,it is proposed the control method combining the traditional PI control with fuzzy control,which determines the design idea for the control system. Establishes the rules and a query table of fuzzy control on the basis of air adjustment theory and experimental data,and achieves good control results after a large number of tests and parameter adjustments. The temperature control accuracy of both chambers reach ± 0. 2℃,and their relative humidity control accuracy ± 1. 5%,which meets the requirements of the experiment on thermal performance of fresh air ventilator through two-chamber method.
