初探临方制剂对中药临床应用的影响

Preliminary exploration of the effect of preparations of traditional Chinese medicines on clinical application

目的:通过对临方制剂的接受程度调查,了解临方制剂对发展临床中药的影响。方法:采取调查问卷法和对比法,针对中医药工作者及长期服用中药汤剂的患者设计调查问卷,对比汤剂和临方制剂的被接受程度,并对临方制剂和中药汤剂的优缺点进行比较研究。结果:在所调研的范围中,临方制剂被51.1%的中医药工作者和86.9%的患者接受。多数中医药工作者认为必将带动临床中药的发展。结论:目前对临方制剂的研究较少,尚有很多不完善的地方,需要对其进行深入研究,以保证其更好地促进中医药事业的发展。

OBJECTIVE Based on the survey of clinical preparation acceptance, to understand the impact of the preparations on the development of clinical Chinese medicine. METItODS Questionnaire method and comparative method were mainly a- dopted in this research, according to the Chinese medicine practitioners and the patients of long-term use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction to design the questionnaire, and to compare the acceptable degree of the traditional Chinese medicine decoc- tion and the clinical preparation, and to study the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction and the clinical preparations comparatively. RESULTS In the scope of the research, the clinical preparations were accepted by 51.1% Chinese medical workers and 86. 9~ of the patients, the majority of workers in Chinese medicine think the future objec- tive, and it will promote the development of clinical Chinese medicine. CONCLUSION At present the research on preparation of prescription is less, there are still many imperfect places, which need to carry on further investigation, in order to ensure its better promotion on the development of traditional Chinese Medicine.
