糖耐量降低与年龄的关系

The relationship between age and impaired glucose tolerance

摘要 目的 探讨我国不同年龄段研究对象体质量指数(BMI)、血脂、葡萄糖耐量和胰岛素四种参数与其年龄变化的相互关系.方法 31~60岁年龄段身体检查健康人员共150名,分别按年龄分为三组,每组50人,其组间距均为10岁.计算所有检查对象BMI,并检测其血脂、葡萄糖耐量和血清胰岛素水平.结果 随着年龄的增长葡萄糖耐量逐渐减低,血脂和BMI增加,年龄每增加10岁,检查对象空腹血糖增高0.5~0.6 mmol/L,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平降低0.1~0.2 mmol/L.结论 随年龄增长糖耐量降低的发生率有所升高,所以个人的膳食和生活习惯要根据年龄的增加应当适当做出调整. Objective To investigate the relationship between body mass index,cholesterol,glucose tolerance,insulin four parameters and changes of their age in the different age groups.Methods One hundred and fifty-healthy people underwent physical excunination with 31 ~60 years old were divided into three age groups,with 50 people in each group,and the group spacing was 10 years old.The body mass index of all inspection object (BMI),detects lipids,glucose tolerance and serum insulin levels were calcalated.Results With age increasing,the glucose tolerance gradually decreased,and the blood lipids and BMI increased,each additional 10 years old,fasting blood 0.5-0.6 mmol/L,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels decreased O.1-O.2 mmol/L.Conclusions With age increasing,the incidence of impaired glucose tolerance increases,so individual dietary and lifestyle habits should be appropriately adjusted according to the growth of the age.
