血液透析患者心血管疾病与颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度的关系

Relationship between cardiovascular disease and carotid intima media thickness in hemodialysis patients

目的 探讨血液透析（HD）患者心血管疾病（CVD）与颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度（CIMT）的关系.方法 检测90例HD患者一般临床指标,同时应用高频B超检测患者CIMT,根据曾经是否有CVD分为心血管疾病组及非心血管疾病组,分析HD患者合并CVD的危险因素.结果 患CVD的HD患者年龄、CIMT、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）、白蛋白（Alb）、血镁（Mg）与非CVD的HD患者比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.经Logistic回归分析发现,HD合并CVD的危险因素为CIMT.结论 患CVD的HD患者LDL、CRP、CIMT显著增高,血Alb、Mg显著下降,HD合并CVD的危险因素为CIMT.

Objective To investigate the relationship between cardiovascular disease（CVD） and carotid intima media thickness（CIMT） in hemodialysis patients.Methods Clinical indexes were measured,and IMT of extracranial common carotid artery were detected by high-resolution B-mode ultrasonography.And the related data were analyzed between HD patients with and without CVD.Results The differences in age,CIMT,low density lipoprotein （LDL）,serum C-reactive protein （CRP）,serum albumin（Alb） and serum magnesium（Mg） between the two groups were significant（P 〈0.05）.The risk factors of HD patients with CVD was CIMT.Conclusions The CIMT,LDL,CRP are increased and Alb,Mg are low in HD patients with CVD,The risk factors of HD patients with CVD is CIMT.
