摘要
目的 观察给予老年急性心肌梗死患者心理护理与健康教育的应用效果,为今后临床护理提供参考和借鉴.方法 选取河南省胸科医院2011年6月至2013年6月收治的老年急性心肌梗死患者92例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则给予心理护理与健康教育,对比分析两组的护理效果.结果 观察组急性心肌梗死相关知识总分为(90.7±9.1)分明显高于对照组的(64.9±8.2)分(=2.1062,P =0.0380);观察组的护理满意度为95.65%、并发症率为26.09%,均明显优于对照组的78.26%、67.39%(P均<0.01).结论 给予老年急性心肌梗死患者心理护理与健康教育,能丰富患者急性心肌梗死的相关知识,有效降低并发症率,提高护理满意度,促进医患和谐,护理效果显著,值得临床应用和推广.
Objective To observe the application effect of psychological nursing and health education in elderly acute myocardial infarction patients,in order to provide reference for future clinical nursing.Methods From June 2011 to June 2013,92 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction in Henan provincial chest hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and the control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group were given psychological nursing and health education.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The acute myocardial infarction related knowledge of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05).The rate of nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications were significantly better than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions In elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction,psychological nursing and health education can improve there related knowledge,effectively reduce the rate of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,promote the harmonious relationship between doctor and patient,the nursing effect is significant,so it is worthy of wide application and spreading in clinical practice.
