Strengthen the disinfection and isolation management of operation room infection source

目的 观察手术室感染源强化消毒管理对术后感染率的影响,分析体会其临床意义.方法 山东省胸科医院手术室自2012年1月开始进行感染源强化消毒隔离管理,将采取措施之前的2011年手术患者作为对照组,2012年的手术患者作为观察组,对两组手术患者术后感染情况进行统计分析,并对比分析两组手术相关护理质量.结果 2012年的感染率与2011年相比显著降低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.与对照组相比,观察组患者与手术医师满意度明显改善,差错发生率明显减低,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组平均手术时间、术中平均出血量、平均住院天数、住院费用均低于对照组,患者满意度高、护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对医院手术室的感染源进行强化消毒隔离管理能有效降低患者术后伤口的感染率,有利于患者伤口的愈合,提高了手术室护理质量,应该广泛号召各大医院做好手术室的消毒隔离工作.

Objective To observe the effect of operation room infection source enhanced disinfection management on postoperative infection rate,analyze its clinical significance.Methods In shandong provincial chest hospital operation room,to strengthen disinfection and isolation management of the infection source since January 2012,the patients before taken operation measures in 2011 as the control group,the patients in 2012 as the observation group operation.To make statistical analysis of infection in two groups of patients after operation,and comparative analysis of two groups about the operation related nursing quality.Results The infection rate in 2012 compared to 2011 decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Compared with the control group,the patients and operation physician satisfaction in observation group improved significantly,error rate decreased,there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）.The mean operation time of the observation group were shorter than the control group,the average intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the average hospitalization days was less than that of the control group,the hospitalization expenses was lower than that of the control group,patients＇ satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the quality of care was higher than that of the control group,there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions To strengthen the disinfection and isolation management can reduce the postoperative wound infection rate,wound healing for patients,improves the nursing quality of operation room,disinfection and isolation should be widely called on the source of infection in hospital operation room.
