摘要
研究了肉苁蓉粗多糖分离纯化的最佳工艺条件,对肉苁蓉粗多糖蛋白脱除及脱色工艺进行了探讨。得到肉苁蓉粗多糖脱蛋白最佳工艺条件为蛋白酶添加量为125.6U/mL,酶解温度为30.0℃,酶解时间为96.1min,pH为5.4。肉苁蓉粗多糖脱色最佳工艺条件为活性炭添加量为2.5%,温度为50℃,吸附时间为40min。
Study the optimum process condition of Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma polysaccharide purification. The decolorization process and Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma glycoprotein removal process were discussed. The best process condition of getting the Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma polysaccharide protein was that protease added amount of 125.6 U/m L, enzyme solution temperature 30.0 ℃, enzymolysis time 96.1 min, p H 5.4. Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma polysaccharide decoloring optimum technological condition is that activated carbon content of 2.5%, temperature of 50 ℃, the adsorption time of 40 min.
