摘要
采用微波提取法对火麻油进行提取,通过对微波功率、提取时间、料液比进行单因素试验及正交试验确定最佳提取条件。结果表明,各因素对火麻油提取率的影响依次为:微波功率>料液比>提取时间;火麻油最佳工业条件为以石油醚为提取溶剂、微波功率650W、提取时间15min、料液比1:16(g/mL),该条件下的提取率90.07%。
Optimize the microwave-assisted extraction process for hemp seed oil. Through single factor test and orthogonal test on conditions such as power of microwave, extraction time and the ratio of material to liquid, the optimal extraction conditions were obtained. The experiment results showed that according to the importance to extraction rate, the sequence of these conditions is microwave power, ratio of material to liquid and extraction time. The optimal conditions were determined as follows: the extraction solvent is petroleum ether, microwave power is 650 W, extraction time is 15 min, and ratio of material to liquid is 1:16(g/mL). With the optimal conditions, the extraction rate is 90.07%.
