摘要
对以火麻为主要原料,加入黑芝麻、蔗糖等辅料制成营养丰富、口感甜美的火麻保健饮料工艺进行了研究。试验结果表明,最佳生产工艺条件为:火麻原浆含量为30mL,黑芝麻原浆含量为5mL,蔗糖10%,柠檬酸0.10%。饮料风味独特,具有很好的保健功能。
Taking hempseed as main material and adding black sesame seeds and cane sugar, technics of nutritive and delightful hempseed health beverage was studied. Experimental results indicated that the optimum technics for the produce of hempseed health beverage was as followings: hempseed protoplasmic 30 mL, black sesame seeds protoplasmic 5 mL, cane sugar 10%, citric acid 0.10%. This drink is flavory and healthy.
