摘要
试验采用响应面试验对一株γ-聚谷氨酸产生菌纳豆芽孢杆菌的固态发酵培养基进行优化,得到产γ-PGA发酵培养基组合为:黄豆30g、接种量1.4mL、氯化钠质量浓度0.78g/mL,磷酸氢二钾浓度0.003mmol/g。此时γ-聚谷氨酸产量为0.191585g,比优化前提高了6.5%。
Response surface experiment was designed to identify optimum. The optimum medium for Bacillus subtilis natto was composed of soybean 30 g, vaccination 1.4 mL, NaCl 0.78 g/mL, K2HPO4 0.003 mmol/g. Under these conditions, the yield of γ-PGA was 0.191 585 g, increased for about 6.5% more than before.
