摘要
以己酸和正丁醇为原料,固体酸Zr(SO4)2/TiO2为催化剂,催化合成葡萄酒用香料己酸丁酯。采用FTIR和GC-MS对产品己酸丁酯进行了表征分析。通过正交试验设计得出反应的较佳工艺条件:酸醇摩尔比为1:3、催化剂用量为1.0g、反应时间2.5h。在此条件下,己酸丁酯的酯化率可达99.1%。
The grape wine perfume butyl hexanoate was synthesized by hexanoic acid and n-butanol, using solid acid Zr(SO4)2/TiO 2 as catalyst. The products of Butyl hexanoate were confirmed by GC-MS and FTIR spectrum. The optimum conditions obtained by orthogonal experiments are as follows: n(hexanoic acid):n(n-butanol)=1:3, catalysts dosage 1.0 g, reaction time 2.5 h. In these conditions, the esterification rate of butyl hexanoate can reach up to 99.1%.
