摘要
以平衡计分卡和三重底线思想为理论基础,建立我国科技型中小企业国际化成长能力的六维评价体系。指标包括财务、客户、内部流程、利益相关者、学习创新、成长能力六个方面,运用网络分析法(ANP)和超级决策软件确定权重系数,得到企业国际化成长能力等级。
Based on the philosophy of the Balanced Scorecard and Triple Bottom Line,this dissertation established a six -dimensional evaluation system to appraise the capability of internationalization growth of Chinese High -tech SMEs.The es-timation was from six aspects which were finance,customer,internal processes,stakeholders,innovation and the ability of growth.Then,we used ANP and Super Decisions software to determine the weighting factor.Ultimately it got the level of the capability of international growth.
