广东省文化创意产业人才现状与策略

Talent' s Status and Strategy of Culture and Creative Industry in Guangdong Province

在界定文化创意产业人才内涵的基础上,结合广东省现有的人才政策,通过线性回归分析法和行业数据分析目前广东省文化创意产业的人才现状。研究表明近年来人才基本供不应求;人才的行业结构分布不尽合理。并针对存在的问题,提出人才发展对策。

With the rapid development of the economy,the cultural and creative industry has become a new focus of compe-tition among regions.Talent is the core competitiveness of the development in culture and creative industry and further dis-cussion on the development of regional talents has become a pressing matter of the moment.Based on defining talent’s connotation of cultural and creative industry,this thesis analyzes the current talent’s status of cultural and creative indus-try in Guangdong province by linear regression and industry data combined with existing talent’s policy.Research shows that：demand has far outstripped supply of talents recently and it’ s unreasonable for talent’ s distribution of industry structure.In view of the existing problems,this thesis finally puts forward the countermeasures of the talents development.
