贞茯菌胶囊对酒精性肝损伤模型小鼠的保护作用

Protective Effect of Zhenfujun Capsule on Alcoholic Liver Injury Model Mice

目的:研究贞茯菌胶囊对酒精性肝损伤模型小鼠的保护作用。方法:60只KM雌性小鼠随机均分为正常对照(等容生理盐水)组、模型(等容生理盐水)组与贞茯菌胶囊高、中、低剂量(0.45、0.30、0.15 g/kg)组,灌胃给药,每天1次,连续30 d。末次给药后一次性灌胃50%乙醇(14 ml/kg)以复制小鼠酒精性肝损伤模型。称定小鼠体质量,测定小鼠肝匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、甘油三酯(TG)水平,观察小鼠肝脏形态学变化并进行评分。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组小鼠体质量无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);小鼠肝匀浆MDA、TG含量增加,GSH含量减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);小鼠肝细胞脂肪变性明显,病理学评分升高。与模型组比较,贞茯菌胶囊高、中、低剂量组小鼠体质量无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);小鼠肝匀浆TG含量减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);贞茯菌胶囊高、中剂量组小鼠肝匀浆MDA含量减少,GSH含量增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);小鼠肝细胞脂肪变性情况有所改善,病理学评分降低。结论:贞茯菌胶囊对酒精性肝损伤模型小鼠有辅助性保护作用。

OBJECTIVE： To study the protective effect of Zhenfujun capsule on alcoholic liver injury model mice. METH- ODS： 60 KM female mice were randomly divided into normal control group （constant volume of normal saline）, model group （constant volume of normal saline）, Zhenfujun capsule high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups （0.45, 0.30, 0.15 g/kg）. They were given relevant medicines intragastrically once a day for consecutive 30 d. Atter last medication, they were fed 50% etha- nol （14 ml/kg） once to induce alcoholic liver injury model. The body weight of mice was weighed, and the levels of MDA, GSH and TG were determined in liver homogenate of mice. The morphologic variations of liver were also observed and scored. RE- SULTS： Compared with normal control group, the body weight of mice had no significant change in model group; there was no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. The concentrations of MDA and TG in liver homogenate were increased, while the content of GSH was decreased; there was statistical significance （P〈0.01）. The fatty degeneration of liver cells was significant, and patholog- ical score increased. Compared with model group, the body weight of mice had no significant change in Zhenfujun capsule high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups; there was no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. The concentrations of TG in liver ho- mogenate were decreased, there was statistical significance （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. The concentrations of MDA in liver homogenate were decreased, while the content of GSH was increased; there was statistical significance （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.The fatty degener- ation of liver cells had been improved, and pathological score decreased. CONCLUSIONS： Zhenfujun capsule had auxiliary protec- tive effect on alcoholic liver injury model mice.
