摘要
目的:建立测定骨痈内消丸中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Eclipse XDB C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(8∶92,V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为327 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:绿原酸的进样量在0.035 1~0.702 4μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤1.8%;平均加样回收率为98.37%,RSD=1.93%(n=9)。结论:本方法准确、快速,重复性好,可用于骨痈内消丸的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid in Guyong neixiao pill. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The separation was performed on a Eclipse XDB C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2 % phosphonic acid (8:92, WV)at the flow rate of 1,0 ml/min. The detection wave- length was set at 327 nm, and column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS: The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.035 1-0.702 4 μg(r=0.999 9)o RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 1.8%. The average recovery of 98.37% (RSD= 1.93%, n=9). CONCLUSIONS: The method is accurate and rapid with good repeatability. It could be used for the quality control of this preparation.
