摘要
外加剂的加入与掺量对泡沫混凝土保温板的性能有不同程度的影响。利用化学发泡法制备泡沫混凝土保温板,通过加入氧化钙,实现了常温发泡工艺,氧化钙掺量的增加,对泡沫混凝土保温板表观密度下降、抗压强度的升高影响显著,体积吸水率和导热系数的影响相对较小。
Adding and content of additives have different effects on the properties of foamed concrete insulation board.This experiment prepared foam concrete insulation board by chemical foaming method,achieve the normal temperature foaming process by adding calcium oxide,With the increase of calcium oxide content,Decreased of apparent density and elevated of compressive strength of foamed concrete insulation board are significant,The effects of volumetric water absorption and thermal conductivity is small relatively.
